Frank Lenz – Brothers Who Are Breathing 7"
Frank Lenz has become a renaissance man. He started his career at the young age of 13 playing drums with his father to pay off his first kit. In the 20 years since, we barely make a dent in his resume in listing him as a songwriter, engineer, producer, live performer and string arranger for artists such as Starflyer 59, Pedro the Lion, Richard Swift, Map, Lassie Foundation, and Pony Express. Currently, Frank is a member of Starflyer 59, the drummer for Pedro the Lion and is a member of a new band called the Headphones. On his third solo outing, "Brothers Who are Breathing" takes less of a retro turn and places Lenz firmly in the ranks of the indie rock heroes of our day.
