"Entisyydestämmekinköhän is the eighth studio album by Finnish alternative/indie/punk band SUR-RUR. The band has been active since 1996 and hails from Lapua, a city in western Finland with around 14,000 inhabitants. "Entisyydestämmekinköhän" ("From our past, right?") is a cooperation between the three Finnish labels If Society, Joteskii Groteskii and Roku Records, comes as a double vinyl and includes 14 songs. Finnish vocals (the handwritten Finnish lyrics are printed on the gatefold cover), catchy melodies, harsh guitar riffs, crisp punk rock, melancholic moods or even psychedelic instrumental passages reminiscent of krautrock, the trio implements everything perfectly here.
