Ville Vuorenmaa's expressionist punk rock songs, in the cracked spirit of Dinosaur Jr. and Hüsker Dü, have never flattered with their cheerfulness - even though People on the Lawn as the title promises a romantic impressionist summer moment. Rather, the title can be interpreted as a metaphor for a state of paralysis and dreams that do not come true.
