"A brilliant split between two tragically short-lived bands from Georgia, US. Galanas Cerdd features Rick Moore from Barrel (check out their LP, it's a must-listen), Kip Thomas and Marcus Womack from Freemasonry, and Bruce Bohannon from John Brown (of which Rick Moore was also a member). They would go on to release a full-length in the following year on the same label, Moodswing Records. Soli Deo Gloria (of whom there is very little information) unfortunately never got the chance to release a full album. Both bands contributed to Lakeside Records' excellent V/A album "A Compatibility of Dissonance", one of the only V/A albums that I think stands as a satisfying album experience on its own; check it out sometime, it also features 2 tracks from the aforementioned Barrel."
