While often referred to as a doom/sludge metal act, the Body have progressed far beyond that scene, incorporating samples, electronic processing, acoustic instruments, and elements of dub, classical, blues, and numerous other genres into their relentlessly experimental music.
This CD is a collection of songs from various tour CD-r, demos, 7"s, splits etc from the first 12 years of their existence.
